It is published by VABEL DEVELOPPEMENT, a single-member limited liability company with a share capital of 1,000,000 euros, registered with the Paris Trade and Companies Register under SIREN number 493 444 194, with its registered office at 66 avenue des Champs-Élysées – 75008 Paris – France. The Site offers for sale cosmetic and perfumery products to internet users, hereinafter referred to as “User”, browsing the Site.
The products are offered for sale for the following countries: France.
To place any order, the customer declares that they are of legal age, have the legal capacity to place an order or have parental consent.
It is specified that the products are intended for the personal use of the user, with no direct connection to their professional activity. As such, the maximum order amount may not exceed 500 Euros including VAT, excluding shipping costs.
“>ARTICLE 1 – Scope of Application
These general terms and conditions of sale apply, without restriction or reservation, to all sales of products offered by VABEL DEVELOPPEMENT on the Institut-phyto.fr Site. Consequently, the act of a natural person placing an order on the Site constitutes full and complete acceptance of these general terms and conditions of sale. They are accessible at any time on the Site and will prevail, where applicable, over any other version.
It is specified that the User may save or print these general terms and conditions of sale. These general terms and conditions of sale will be updated regularly. It is the User’s responsibility to ensure they have the most recent version.

ARTICLE 2 – Products – Prices
2.1 Products
The products offered for sale by VABEL DEVELOPPEMENT are those listed on the Site, on the day of the User’s visit and subject to availability.
2.2 Prices
Product prices are expressed in Euros and include VAT applicable on the day of the order. The prices shown on the Site do not include:
– packaging and delivery costs, which will be charged in addition, unless there is a special offer, and will be specified to the User when validating their order.
– any customs fees, which remain the responsibility of the recipient.
The applicable rate is the one indicated on the site.
VABEL DEVELOPPEMENT reserves the right to change its prices at any time, particularly due to changes in its own suppliers’ prices.
“>ARTICLE 3 – Orders on the Site
The User selects on the Site the products they wish to order, according to the following steps:
Step 1: Selection and addition of products
If the User wishes to place an order, they select the various products they are interested in and indicate their interest by clicking the “Add to cart” button.
At any time, the User can access a summary of the selected products, resume their order, modify it, or complete it.
Step 2: Order validation
To validate their order, the User accesses their cart. A summary of their order then appears on the screen. If the list presented matches the selected products, the User validates the summary.
They must then identify themselves by accurately completing the form provided, indicating their exact delivery and billing details. They must also check a box indicating that they have read the Terms and Conditions of Sale.
Once all requested information has been completed by the User, they can confirm their order by clicking the “Confirm my order” icon to pay for their order.
Step 3: Payment
As soon as they validate the payment, the User returns to the site and then becomes the “Buyer”. Their order is recorded and becomes irrevocable. The order form is recorded in the computer records of VABEL DEVELOPPEMENT and is considered proof of the contractual relationship between VABEL DEVELOPPEMENT and the Buyer. Once they have validated their payment, the Buyer receives by email, at the address indicated in the “my account” section, a summary of their order as well as an order number.
The sale is considered final only after the Buyer has received confirmation of the order from VABEL DEVELOPPEMENT and after full payment has been received. Payment itself will only be considered final after actual receipt of funds by VABEL DEVELOPPEMENT.
“>ARTICLE 4 – Payment of the Price
The User uses one of the available payment methods to pay for their order. They click on the payment method button. They are then redirected to the Société Générale bank payment server. It is specified that the Société Générale bank server is highly secured to protect all payment data as effectively as possible, and at no time do the User’s banking details pass through the VABEL DEVELOPPEMENT computer system.
Purchases on the site are made exclusively in Euros, by credit card (Visa, Eurocard/Mastercard) or by Paypal transfer, in full and in a single payment.

ARTICLE 5 – Delivery in France (excluding overseas territories) and Belgium
The products purchased by the Buyer are delivered to the address indicated by the Buyer when ordering on the Site and according to the chosen delivery method.

All our orders are now shipped only in secure mode, with delivery against signature (at home or at a pick-up point according to your choice). This delivery method guarantees optimal traceability and hand delivery against signature or presentation of an ID.
VABEL DEVELOPPEMENT declines all or part of its responsibility in the event of excessive delay due to unforeseeable and insurmountable circumstances or a case of force majeure.
VABEL DEVELOPPEMENT declines all responsibility in case of non-receipt.
After receiving the ordered products, the Buyer must check the condition and contents of the package. If a product is not suitable, does not conform to the order, or is damaged, simply contact customer service via the form provided on the site “contact us” or via the following email address: service-clients@vabel.fr. VABEL DEVELOPPEMENT undertakes to find a solution as soon as possible.
If items need to be returned to us, a return request must be made to our services (contact form) within 14 days of delivery. After this period, no claim will be accepted.
Unfortunately, we do not offer delivery of orders to military addresses.
5.2 Delivery times
We guarantee shipment of orders within 24 business hours from the time of order confirmation. The shipping time corresponds to the time between the validation of your order and the moment we hand the package over to the carrier. VABEL DEVELOPPEMENT declines all or part of its responsibility in the event of excessive delay due to unforeseeable and insurmountable circumstances or a case of force majeure.
The delivery times for Products correspond to the transit times and do not include the order processing time.
Delivery times are met for any order placed before 4:00 a.m., subject to product availability in stock.
Chronopost: delivery before 1 p.m. after the package is handed over to the carrier by Vabel Developpement.
5.3 Product unavailability
Products are offered while stocks last. In the event of unavailability of one of the products, the User will be informed. If not, after order validation and before delivery, by email. VABEL DEVELOPPEMENT undertakes to refund the amount of the unavailable product(s) at the amount debited from the Buyer’s account.

ARTICLE 6 – Right of Withdrawal
The Buyer has a period of seven (7) working days from receipt of the package to return, at their own expense, the product(s) they ordered. This period starts from the day of delivery of the order. The product(s) must be returned complete, unopened, and unused in their original packaging and wrapping to the following address:

If the above conditions are met, VABEL DEVELOPPEMENT undertakes to refund the Buyer within thirty (30) days the amounts paid by the Buyer.

ARTICLE 7 – Transfer of Ownership – Transfer of Risks
Ownership of VABEL DEVELOPPEMENT products is transferred to the Buyer only after full payment of the price by the Buyer, regardless of the delivery date of said products.
However, the transfer of risk of loss and deterioration of VABEL DEVELOPPEMENT products occurs upon delivery of the products to the Buyer.
“>ARTICLE 8 – Liability of VABEL DEVELOPPEMENT – Warranty
8.1 VABEL DEVELOPPEMENT assumes, with respect to the client, responsibility for the delivered products in accordance with current French regulations, and therefore guarantees the client against any claim or demand, judicial or amicable, resulting from damage caused to property or persons by said products.
8.2 VABEL DEVELOPPEMENT also guarantees, in accordance with legal provisions, the client against any hidden defect affecting the delivered products and making them unfit for use, as well as any resulting harmful consequences. VABEL DEVELOPPEMENT only guarantees the client, for hidden defects that may affect the delivered products, within the framework of replacing defective products or parts making them unfit for use, without being considered by the client as responsible for any harmful consequences that these hidden defects may have caused.
8.3 The products sold on the website comply with current regulations in France. The client is solely responsible for the choice of products, their storage, and their use. Even though it is recommended to use a cosmetic product or perfume within 6 months after opening, you can extend its shelf life by keeping it away from heat and light, in a cool, dry place.

9.1 Personal information
In accordance with Law No. 78-17 of January 6, 1978, it is recalled that the personal data requested from the client are necessary for processing their order and are intended for internal use by the supplier.
