DIRECTIONS FOR USE

Apply to the body or hair. Can also be sprayed in the room, on the bed, pyjamas, or soft toys a few minutes before bedtime.

Precautions: Do not apply to irritated or damaged skin. Do not spray towards the face. Apply to clothing rather than directly onto the skin.
