We offer free shipping for all orders in mainland France from 60 euros of purchases via the Chronopost service.

Two options are available with Chronopost for the delivery of your parcels:

• Chronopost express with signature

• Chronopost express at pick-up point

*Guaranteed next-day delivery before 1pm: we commit to handing over your parcel to Chronopost within 2 working days if your order is placed before 4am.
Once the parcel is taken in charge, Chronopost commits to delivering the next day before 1pm, subject to weather conditions and possible access difficulties.

Free shipping from €60 of purchases with Chronopost in France and Belgium

In France, shipping costs are €6.90 for home delivery by Chronopost.  For all orders over €60, shipping is free.
These rates are only valid in France (excluding overseas territories).

In Belgium, shipping costs are €7.90 with Chronopost. For all orders over €60, shipping is also free.

Easy returns

If a product does not suit you, is not in accordance with your order, or is damaged, simply follow the return procedure detailed below:

You have 7 working days from receipt of the parcel to return the ordered product(s).

The product(s) must be returned complete, unopened, and unused in its (their) original packaging (sealed for perfumes).

We commit to refunding you as soon as possible upon receipt of the return.

“>1 Sample Kit

To thank you for your order, 1 sample kit will be offered to you free of charge so you can discover our sun care products. In order to comply with the regulations in force under the climate law of July 1^st, 2022, you must select the sample kit at the cart stage for it to be included in your order. The sample kit cannot be sold.
